Time Off - Having a full and balanced life on the job and outside of work is important to you. And if it's important to you - it's important to us. That's why we offer time-off programs that are market competitive.
- Vacation – ABSi provides paid vacation leave benefits to all regular full-time employees and the accruals begin on date of hire.
- Holidays – ABSi observes 10 holidays per calendar year.
- Bereavement Leave – Available to full-time employees in the event of the death of an immediate family member. Bereavement leave may be for a period not to exceed three (3) paid working days.
- Health Club – ABSi understands the importance of proper exercise in order to stay healthy. We are pleased to offer our employees reimbursement up to $35 per month toward their Health Club membership of choice.
