2. Bonuses - Employees are eligible for cash bonuses, for special accomplishments and end of year cash bonuses.
3. Corporate Profitability Bonus - The annual bonus pool depends upon the Company's financial performance each year.
4. 401(K) Retirement Plan - ABSi affords its employees a wonderful opportunity to actively participate in investing for their retirement on a pre-tax basis. Providing a company-sponsored 401(k) allows our employees' money to grow and compound tax-deferred until withdrawn, typically at retirement.

Educational Assistance  – ABSi encourages and financially supports continuing education and development programs related to current or probable future work at ABSi.  We reimburse up to $1500 per year for expenses.  Courses taken as part of graduate or undergraduate degree program (qualifying tuition & book expenses).
