- Bonuses - Employees are eligible for cash bonuses, for special accomplishments and end of year cash bonuses.
- Corporate Profitability Bonus - The annual bonus pool depends upon the Company's financial performance each year.
- 401(K) Retirement Plan - ABSi affords its employees a wonderful opportunity to actively participate in investing for their retirement on a pre-tax basis. Providing a company-sponsored 401(k) allows our employees' money to grow and compound tax-deferred until withdrawn, typically at retirement.
- Employee Referral Program – You can help ABSi, a friend, and yourself by participating in the ABSi Employee Referral Program. If you are an eligible employee, you can earn a cash award. The referral must be an external applicant who is hired to a designated, open position at ABSi.
- Educational Assistance – ABSi encourages and financially supports continuing education and development programs related to current or probable future work at ABSi. We reimburse up to $1500 per year for expenses. Courses taken as part of graduate or undergraduate degree program (qualifying tuition & book expenses).
