The Special Programs unit in ABSi primarily supports U.S. Government classified programs in the military and intelligence community. Special areas of focus include enterprise architecture, security, application development, infrastructure planning and implementation, operations and maintenance, systems management and technology insertion.
 

Our architects are certified and support the use of Zachmann, Do DAF, and FEA frameworks and understand which views are needed to optimally support a particular program effort. Our staff has provided leadership architecture roles to DNI, CIA, NCTC, NSA, DHS, FBI and overseas to foreign intelligence organizations in the United Kingdom, Australia, Denmark, and Canada.
 

Our staff has designed and implemented dozens of data centers and leading edge applications across the U.S. intelligence community for language translation, counter terrorism, collaboration, knowledge management, content and records management, cross domain security solutions, data management, and data analysis.
 

Our innovative IT security solutions have led to operational MSL and MLS systems at the PL-3, PL-4 and PL-5 levels, data erasure software, MLS disk and tape solutions, and secure OS designs. We provide VPN and firewall implementations. We have a thorough understanding of and experience implementing, security requirements, secure system design, and secure implementation and operations under HIPAA, DIACAP, NITSCAP, ISO 17799/27001 and DCID 6/3.
